Working in collaboration with the Director General of the National Bureau of Concessions (NBC) and the Forestry Development Authority, UTT examined the cost, price structures and fiscal regime of timber harvesting and processing operations typically encountered in Liberia.

This project included analyzing the land rents and taxes on forestry production, including growth and harvesting; preparing projections of total future revenue collection from timber production under a range of future production scenarios.
